Tia will oversee strategy and design for the organization鈥檚 earned media, editorial, digital/social and creative departments.

Prior to joining 澳彩开奖, Tia served as the Chief of Communications and Advocacy for United Nations Women and was Vice President of Global Communications at Catalyst. In both roles 鈥 held during the height of the global #MeToo movement 鈥 Gordon successfully led ambitious awareness campaigns to address gender equality, sexual violence and sexual harassment of all women around the world. She continues to advocate and serve as a key spokesperson on women鈥檚 rights.听

In 2008, Gordon launched TTG+PARTNERS, a boutique communications consultancy specializing in starting thoughtful conversations on race, ethnicity and diversity鈥攁iming to reach out to and spotlight the challenges among college students who come from marginalized and underserved communities in the United States. Her firm quickly became one of the most sought-after creative companies in the higher education community, resulting in client-partnerships with some of the nation鈥檚 top colleges and universities, Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations.听
