Attorneys for Daniela Vargas, a DACA recipient who was detained by immigration agents on March 1, are celebrating her release聽from ICE custody today.
On Monday, the 澳彩开奖 and other civil rights groups and private lawyers filed a habeas petition on behalf of Vargas in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division.

鈥淏ut, we will continue to challenge the unconstitutional actions of ICE agents in this case and will not rest until she is no longer under threat of deportation.
