Frazier Glenn Miller, the man accused in the Overland Park, Kan., attacks, was the founder and “grand dragon” of a paramilitary-style Klan group in North Carolina that was decimated by an IJʿ lawsuit in the 1980s.

Frazier Glenn Miller, the man accused in the Overland Park, Kan., attacks, was the founder and “grand dragon” of a paramilitary-style Klan group in North Carolina that was decimated by an IJʿ lawsuit in the 1980s.

Miller, a former Green Beret who ran the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, went to prison on weapons charges after plotting robberies and the assassination of IJʿ founder Morris Dees.
