Pat Buchanan Pens Exclusive for Anti-Semitic Publication
Editors' Note: This story has been updated to correct that Pat Buchanan has written for American Free Press before.
Pat Buchanan, the formerpresidential candidate and Reaganstaffer, has once again thrown his lot in with professional anti-Semites.
On April 25, a penned by Buchanan ran as an advertised exclusive to the American Free Press, a publication put out by Holocaust denier and longtime anti-Semite . Carto founded the anti-Semitic Liberty Lobby in offices not far from the White House, created the first Holocaust denial outfit, and still publishes a denial magazine, Barnes Review. In general, the Press carries stories on Zionism, secret "New World Order" conspiracies, American Jews and Israel.
Buchanan has long played footsie with extremists and authored tracts loved by them, before. He has written many times for AFP, has cited neo-Nazi in one of his books and worked closely with now deceased white nationalist stalwart Sam Francis, who edited State of Emergency: The Third World Invasion and Conquest of America and other Buchanan books.
State of Emergency the views of Francis and most white nationalists that American and European civilizations could never have been created without the "genetic endowments" of whites. In the book, he calls discussions of race "the Great Taboo" and argues that to ignore the role of race is "like not telling one's doctor of a recurring pain that could kill you."
At least back then, in 2006 when State of Emergency came out, Buchanan was publishing his racist tracts on his own. Now it appears that he’s just straight up working directly for anti-Semites.
His column, “How We’re Losing the Culture War,” is essentially a long lament against the move towards more civil rights protections for Americans since the 1960s. Buchanan is mad about removal of prayer from schools, the sexual revolution and now the rise of gay marriage. He complains that behaviors, presumably gay relationships, that were once seen as “debased or criminal” are now rights. And that those who don’t go along with the “new moral order” are being punished for it.
The piece ends with a nod to an Indiana pizza parlor that refused to serve the LGBT community. To his fellow anti-gay activists Buchanan writes, “Religious folks who do not believe in collaborating with what they think is wrong should go forth and do likewise. Courage as well as cowardice is contagious.”
Next to Buchanan’s piece on the ʰ’ website are links to several blatantly racist and anti-Semitic articles titled, “Is a Race War Coming to America?”, “Media Covers Up Black Hate Crimes Against Whites” and “Is ‘IS’ a CIA-Mossad Creation?”
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
