The elder statesmen and stateswoman of tiny Nelson, Ga., passed a law requiring almost every head of household to own a gun and ammunition. The measure, signaling resistance to any federal attempt to 鈥渃onfiscate personal firearms,鈥� was approved on April Fools鈥� Day.
