Everyone has the right to request action by your employer to address dangers and safety violations.

Everyone has the right to submit a complaint to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), participate in workplace inspections, and request the results of OSHA inspections.

No employer can retaliate against you for submitting a complaint regarding health or safety.
